At Open Hearts of Florida, we believe caregiving is more than a profession—it’s a calling rooted in compassion, resilience, and human connection.
I created this platform because I saw firsthand how fragmented and undervalued the caregiving industry can be, despite the heart and dedication it holds.
As a branding strategist and home health advocate, I’ve spent years listening to caregivers, employers, and training providers across Florida. What they needed wasn’t just another job board—it was a trusted space where their voices mattered, their skills were honored, and their growth was supported.
Open Hearts of Florida and Open Hearts Academy are our answer to that need. We’re building a community where CNAs, HHAs, and care professionals can access real opportunities, micro-certifications, and meaningful connections.
